I had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was perfect, situated on a road filled with amazing eateries and just off Lygon Street. It was so convenient to have such a variety of excellent restaurants right at my doorstep. Plus, being in the center of the city made it easy to explore and get around. Despite being tucked away in a back alley, which wasn't the cleanest, the hotel itself was luxurious and provided enhanced comfort. The room amenities were top-notch, from the air conditioning to the tea and coffee facilities. The sitting area was cozy, and I loved having a dining table for meals. The staff here truly understands what good service should be, and they made my stay even more enjoyable.
This place is highly recommended for families, providing all the necessary amenities and services to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Comfortable and secure room. We were very tired however the room allowed us to get on with some business appointments. It was convenient for the family to meet briefly with us. Easy access for appointments on Monday morning.

1. Near the city. Good affordable restaurants.2. Near Victoria Market and supermarkets for fresh produce. 3. Good size kitchen and utensils for me to cook a decent meal. Better if there is an electric rice cooker .4. In house washing machine and dryer .5. Near the university where my son is renting an apartment.6. Free tourist shuttle at Lygon
1. No cable tv programme as mum would have liked some Chinese Programme .2 no complimentary car park

The location of the hotel was convenient as we were close to everything. Going to the museum was a great experience as it was within walking distance. We were right off Lygon street which made it easy to find restaurants nearby so we didn't have to cook. the room was well equipped with kitchen and laundry facilities.
The housekeeping was poor. the bathroom had mould in the silicon around the bath and previous tenants' hair was left in the bath.

It is clean and comfortable and in a great position. The staff are friendly and efficient. Lygon Street with its wonderful restaurants and shops is on the doorstep and the Melbourne Museum is 5 minutes walk away. There is also a small supermarket across the road for breakfast essentials.
Our studio apartment was quite compact. A bit more room would have been nice.

The hotel has a great location near a variety of restaurants and cafes. the room was well-appointed with a full kitchen and laundry facilities. the staff was helpful and accommodating.
The TV remote was missing and there was a broken dining chair in the room. the street where the hotel is located could be cleaner, and parking was limited.

Location only.
Our room was cold when we arrived. Did not feel like the photos on website, felt it should have been much cheaper as the quality was very downmarket. Kitchen was not nice at all. Laminate needed repair. Water in shower not that hot or strong.

The hotel's location was great as it was situated in an alley off Lygon St, which is close to restaurants and the local museum. Additionally, the room size was satisfactory for an overnight stay and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.
Not obvious to find.

Staff were great. I was travelling with my elderly mother for a medical appointment and we appeciated the availability of restaurants nearby. Car park is very convenient for those with limited mobility. My only slightly negative comment would be that the building was quite hot due to central air conditioning. It was pleasant outside, but quite stuffy and hot inside. Oh yes and the hairdryer was pretty useless.
